Coaching isn’t a single event.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

We know that to get the most out of coaching there has to be a commitment from both sides. It takes time for the coach to understand the situation and for the individual to gain trust in the coach. That’s why we believe ten sessions is the minimum amount of time needed to influence an improvement. Would you expect to learn golf or the guitar after one lesson?

Our sessions are conducted online, dependent on location, and we recommend they happen once every 1 to 2 weeks. This is a commitment in both time and money.

How we coach.

Everything depends on the individual, and our coaches will tailor their style and approach to the candidate. Some mentees can go faster than others for example. The style might change but the steps we go through rarely do.

Prepare - We’ll look back at previous coaching sessions to gauge progress and plan how we support you.

Observe & Discuss - You’ll update us on progress since last time and explain what’s working and what isn’t. Our coaches mostly watch and listen to highlight further advise.

Review - Through questioning we’ll challenge your thinking, debate and help identify what’s holding you back.

Feedback - Using our experience and your recent experiences we’ll suggest new ways of approaching your challenges and goals. We’ll always be practical and give examples of how its worked before.

Actions - We’ll agree next steps, actions, timelines and what you want from our coaches before your next session.
